Sexy Fish Dubai, perched on Level 11 of Innovation One in DIFC, brings a dazzling blend of art, cuisine, and atmosphere. Since opening in December 2024, this Japanese-inspired restaurant and bar by Caprice Holdings has quickly become one of Dubai’s most talked-about venues. With interiors crafted by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and bold artworks by Damien Hirst and others, Sexy Fish Dubai delivers mid-century glamour fused with theatrical marine themes. 

As you arrive via a private elevator in Innovation One, guests are ushered into a visually arresting underwater-inspired world. Highlights include an aqua-blue mirrored reception desk against a wall of over two million hand-painted coral pieces, a suspended octopus sculpture by Hirst, octopus tentacle pillar columns wrapped in hand-blown Murano glass, fish pendant lights, bronze mermaids, and jellyfish table lamps. The venue features both indoor dining with striking banquettes and bar seating, plus a wrap-around terrace that offers sweeping views of the DIFC skyline. 

On the menu, Global Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber leads a kitchen that blends tradition and innovation. Expect sushi, sashimi, tartare, and robata-grilled meats & seafood. Signature dishes include Caramelised Black Cod, Duck & Watermelon Salad, and Dubai-exclusive items like Scallop Ceviche with Cucumber & Shiso, Beef Carpaccio with Uni & Bone Marrow, and Sexy Udon laced with white truffle. For dessert, treats like raspberry doughnuts, chocolate fondant, and elegant petit fours delight. 

Sexy Fish Dubai also offers an elevated beverage programme. The bar boasts one of the largest collections of Japanese whisky in the Middle East, a 500-reference wine list, and a 100-reference Champagne selection. The newly released UNITY cocktail menu lets guests choose flavour profiles and ABV levels, including exclusive flavours like Coconut, Date, and Mandarin.
