Race Weekend Schedule

Italian GP occurs in 3 days from

  • Friday, Sept 5: Free Practice 1 & 2.
  • Saturday, Sept 6: Free Practice 3 & Qualifying.
  • Sunday, Sept 7: Race Day (14:00 BST start).
  • Support Races: Formula 2™ and Formula 3™ will also compete across the weekend.

Circuit Overview

Monza’s 5.793 km layout is designed for speed, with long straights and iconic corners. Cars reach over 350 km/h and spend nearly 80% of each lap at full throttle. Key turns include:

  • Prima Variante (Turn 1): A tight chicane following the main straight, ideal for overtakes and early-race drama.
  • Lesmo 1 & 2: Challenging mid-sector corners demanding precision.
  • Ascari Chicane: Fast, flowing, and a true test of balance.
  • Parabolica (Turn 11): The sweeping final bend, where races are often decided.
